Ralph
Cindrich founded Cindrich & Company in 1977, after retiring
from the NFL. A fifth round draft pick out of the University
of Pittsburgh, Ralph is one of the premier Sports Agents in
the United States and Canada.As a seasoned Attorney, Ralph is
second to no one in aggressive contract negotiations for his
clients. As an experienced NFL Player and Agent, he consistently
performs beyond expectations to achieve the best possible results
for Cindrich & Company Clients.Ralph Cindrich is not only
an exceptional attorney and agent, he is also a personal friend
to many of his clients. He is married to his college sweetheart,
Mary Rose, and they have two children, Mike and Christina. Mike
recently graduated from the University of San Diego with a JD/MBA
and Christina,
is pursuing an acting career in Los Angeles. |

Greg Diulus
has been part of Cindrich & Company since 1989. He is involved
with contract negotiations, player fine appeals and other
NFL and Collective Bargaining Agreement matters. Greg also
is involved with marketing and endorsement opportunities for
clients, day to day business operations, pre-draft marketing,
Combine and Pro-day planning, new client recruitment and is
involved in the interaction with team Management and NFL officials
from issues ranging from the placement of free agents to assisting
in the litigation of player grievances.
Greg is also an accomplished business and trial attorney and
is also a member of Cindrich & Associates, where he has worked
on diverse matters from cases involving personal injury to
workers compensation to family law issues. His litigation
experience includes Jury Trials in Federal Court and in the
Courts of Common Pleas in Allegheny, Washington and Fayette
Counties. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh,
where he earned both his B.A. and J.D. degrees. Greg is also
a member of the American, the Pennsylvania, and the Allegheny
County Bar Associations.
He is an active member of our local community, where he coaches
his daughters' softball team, volunteers at the Boys' and
Girls' Club, and the PTA.

Dean
joins Cindrich & Company and Cindrich & Associates
which offers legal expertise in disputes involving personal
injury, family law, and criminal defense. His areas of practice
include adoption, contract disputes, criminal defense, deed

sports & leisure law, estate planning, family law, litigation
& appeals, medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents

Dean

Steve
Haney comes to Cindrich & Co. with a wealth of professional
and basketball experience. He last played professionally in
Sweden where he led the league in scoring. He spent 4 years
operating the entire basketball division at Magic Johnson
Management, representing Magic in the European territories
and negotiating global endorsement deals with such companies
as American Express, And1, McDonald's, and others. A member
of the bar and practicing attorney, Steve is also the former
GM and In House Counsel of Magic Johnson's widely publicized
Swedish professional team. With both management and professional
playing experience, Steve has spent the last 10 years successfully
representing NBA and elite European players.
An alumnus of High School basketball powerhouse Everett High
School in Lansing Michigan, Steve is second only to long time
friend and mentor Magic Johnson as the all time leading scorer
in the school's storied basketball history. Steve played collegiately
at Loyola Marymount and San Jose State University. He continues
to hold the school-scoring records for 3pt field goals in
a game and a season for San Jose State University. Steve graduated
from Thomas Jefferson School of Law as a member of the National
Dean's list. |
